Meet Brian Donald
Brian Donald is a native of Choctaw County, Alabama. He graduated from Patrician Academy in Butler in 2013. From there, he went on to graduate from the University of Alabama in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree, majoring in History with a focus in Pre-Law. In undergrad, Brian was a member of the University of Alabama Pre-Law Society. He received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in May of 2021. In law school, Brian’s extracurricular accomplishments include membership on the Trial Advocacy Board where he competed in the Nation Civil Rights Competition hosted by the University of California-Davis. For his participation in this competition, Brian received the George Peach Taylor Award for Outstanding Trial Advocacy Performance. Brian also served two years on the University’s Civil Rights and Liberties Law Review, first as a Junior Editor and later as an Executive Editor. Brian’s academic accomplishments include Dean’s List honors each semester at the University of Alabama and participation in the Campbell Moot Court competition. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Brian A. Dasinger, Brian clerked for a bankruptcy litigation firm and the Federal Court in the Northern District of Alabama.
Joining the firm in 2021, Brian’s areas of practice include Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense. He is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Alabama and the Southern District of Alabama. Brian currently resides in Baldwin County with his wife Brittany.
